Bowery offers authentic and contemporary dishes: grill specialities from the Josper charcoal grill, Asian
(wok) cuisine dishes and a selection of classics. Bowery works exclusively with fresh products, mostly
local and seasonal. The dishes are available all day. Guests have a lot of freedom of choice by creating
their own grill dishes or salads with the products they prefer. In the restaurant you will feel the
knowledge and love for food and drinks, prepared and served by a passionate team.

Breakfast
Start your day with an extensive breakfast in Bowery. Enjoy delicious croissants, sandwiches, rolls, fresh fruit and many local products such as honey from our own bees and recharge your batteries with a nice cup of coffee or tea from our wide selection.
Lunch & dinner
Enjoy contemporary lunch and dinner dishes that are available all day. Bowery specializes in grill dishes, Asian (wok) specialties and classics. We only work with fresh products, mostly local and seasonal.
Drinks
A good meal also needs a suitable drink. We have a wide range consisting of various soft drinks, wines, (special) beers, cocktails and hot drinks.
Kids menu
In addition to the normal menu, we also offer a Kids Menu and kids can play in the kids corner that is located at the entrance of the restaurant.

Our goal is to deliver all guests at Bowery Restaurant a great experience. With that in mind, our chefs created a delicious menu with a special focus on local products that are mostly from the season.
Lokaal
Fresh, local and seasonal products are the top priority at Bowery. We think it’s important to work for a better world and we do that by sourcing our products from nearby and making the menu as seasonal as possible. For example, our honey comes from our own beehive at Schiphol.
Too good to go
In Bowery we work together with Too Good To Go to combat food waste. Via the Too Good To Go app you can order a Magic Box for €4.99 with which you can fill 2 boxes with leftover food from the breakfast buffet.
